I am Chance Evans, I am a Real Estate Agent for Smoky Mountain Realty and have been licensed now since 2022. I have been blessed enough to live in beautiful East Tennessee. I am the son of 2 amazing parents John and Christy Evans. I help them with the small farm that we have built of 4 donkeys, 3 goats, and over 100 chickens! I also have 7 big dogs! (3 doodles, 2 Boxers, and 2 labs) I love to travel and have been to 42 of the 50 states!
Although located in Lenoir City, I have done much of my business in Harriman, Rockwood, and Knoxville. So, I have no problem putting some miles under the wheel to get a deal done!
